To his word true, by the year 2012 he put his heart and soul to collect funds. He was successful in collecting the sum of more than 3 crore for ‘Anandwan’ and that cheque was presented to Mr. Vikas Amte by the hands of Indian Cricket World Cup Champion team’s captain Mahindra Singh Dhoni.
