ABIL contributes 1cr to CM’s relief fund

The emergence of the global crisis due to the novel Corona virus has led several corporate minds to consider and step-up their communities’ involvement. Social responsibility has become the need of the hour. One that can not be ignored.

The dramatic spread of the virus has disrupted communities, and their livelihoods, worldwide. The crisis is projected to have disastrous effects on the global economy.

All stakeholders, notably global businesses, need to urgently come together to lessen this impact on public health and restrict their potential for additional disruption to the lives and economies across the world.

But the sum of every separate action might not lead up to adequate response. Thus, only a coordinated effort by businesses can potentially mitigate the risk and impact of this unprecedented crisis at an exceptional scale and pace. The effects of this pandemic have necessitated global cooperation amongst governments, international organizations, and the business world to become COVID Warriors.

With this in mind, the Avinash Bhosale Group (ABIL) has contributed to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund that the Government set up to fight the COVID-19. ABIL contributes 1 Cr with the hope of providing healthcare and financial support for the people suffering due to this pandemic.

We have also provided Rs 50 lakh to the Pune district administration to aid disaster management. ABIL has also extended its financial help to the Sassoon Hospital in Pune for acquiring a Plasma Separator Machine, medical equipment that plays a significant role in giving plasma therapy to COVID patients. Plasma therapy has been observed to render visible results in successfully nursing patients suffering from the Corona virus.

The contribution has been made to help with several activities related to the Covid-19 disease in ways such as promoting healthcare, including preventive care. They might also help tackle issues relating to disaster management, including relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction projects, and in supporting essential workers like the Mumbai Police.

Apart from having made significant contributions to the cause, ABIL Group has taken the initiative to provide free cooked food to over 700 underprivileged citizens. Moreover, ABIL contributes fundamental grocery provisions and sanitizers to more than 10,000 families, in need, around Pune.

In the past as well, ABIL Group has been at the forefront in aiding several social causes and has voluntarily extended every help possible to the state and district administrations whenever there was a necessity. We hope our initiatives and contributions to these causes are a reflection of ABIL’s core value for sustainability across all fields.

As responsible employers, Mr. Amit Bhosale encourages our team to give back and volunteer in these initiatives. We regularly look for areas for our employees to give back during a crisis in impactful ways. With these efforts, we also strive to keep our employees engaged and satisfied as a part of society.

At ABIL, we believe business should mean growth for everyone, not just for the organization’s employees and partners or the homebuyers. Our most outstanding achievements not only apply to growth statistics; they apply to the care we have provided to our community.

Development that doesn’t reach across societal barriers is not sustainable. We work diligently to deliver sustainable growth to our communities and society.
