Why Does Pune's Ranking Matter to Homebuyers?
People have started looking for properties that offer well-maintained hygiene and cleanliness. This period of lockdown has been difficult for families living and working in confined spaces. This has led many people to explore homes on digital platforms, homes that offer them much more space.
A Focus on Pandemic Precautions:

As a result, real estate developers have analyzed this renewed focus on health and hygiene. And they have shifted their attention towards creating projects that fulfil these changing needs of the new-age buyer. Health & well being in real estate has taken on a far more critical role than before.

Apart from this, homebuyers have received assistance from the government on lowered repo rates and CLSS announcement for affordable housing; these actions will encourage more and more home buyers to invest in the real estate market.

Homebuyers looking for safety & comfort:

In the post-COVID world, homebuyers’ preference will veer towards facilities in a home that address their health and safety concerns and provide space for the office-going member of the family to work from home conveniently. Residential projects that offer dedicated office spaces at home, large balconies or personal terraces, built-in sanitization and air filters, automation, and open spaces for exercise are only growing in popularity. The homes at ABIL’s Castle Royale can offer all these facilities to all the residents.

Homebuyers looking for safety & comfort:

The trend also indicated that the homebuyers looking to buy a property would want to invest in societies that offer health amenities. Many of these would also form an essential part of the daily lifestyle to nurture strong immunity. Verde Residences is one such project that gives residents’ convenience and accessibility to all the necessities within the same premises.

This health crisis has shown us that easy access to healthcare is indispensable. And ABIL Group has managed to build on the solid foundation laid by the city’s infrastructure itself. The ABIL Swargate project of Avaanti Residences offers many amenities to help people look after their own wellness. With Yoga zones, a state-of-the-art Gym, and plenty of space for residents to just be, it is home the modern Punekar will love.

According to the same report, Ahmedabad is a close second, followed by Bengaluru. Parameters like air quality, water quality, water availability, and municipal performance index caused the drop in Bengaluru’s rank.

Pune, on the other hand, ranked high on ease of living, water quality, and healthcare to make it better. All of this to say, Pune is high on the list of desirable cities for many Indian families.
